How Swift works

One backend, one honest flow — from your tap to the door.

Ordering

  1. Step 1

    Order

    Pick a restaurant, supermarket or shop and order in the app — delivery or pickup.

  2. Step 2

    Change your mind early

    Cancel from the order screen. Cancelling is typically free before the store accepts, and the app confirms the exact outcome when you cancel. Cash orders cancel free in those cases; if you already sent an MMG payment, the store refunds you directly.

  3. Step 3

    The store gets to work

    Restaurants cook; supermarkets shelf-pick your list item by item — if something is out of stock, you approve the substitute live.

  4. Step 4

    The nearest rider brings it

    Dispatch pings the closest available rider, Uber-style. You watch every step on a live map.

  5. Step 5

    Pay at the door — or MMG

    Cash at handover, or pay the store directly on their own MMG. Swift never holds your money.

Rides

  1. Step 1

    Request in the mobile app

    Taxi rides are booked in the Swift mobile app. Set pickup and drop-off; see the fare before you book.

  2. Step 2

    Matched to the nearest driver

    The closest available driver gets the ping and accepts.

  3. Step 3

    PIN handshake

    Your driver enters the PIN from your app — proof the right person got in the right car.

  4. Step 4

    Ride and pay the driver

    Cash or the driver’s own MMG. The fare is theirs, 100%.
